The Extension Department promotes the integration between Universidade Positivo and Higher Education research institutions, government, and the productive sector. The purpose is to disseminate knowledge to the general society and to generate social benefits through these partnerships. The extension activities are characterized by a structured set of actions.
The extension projects are developed by students, faculty, and members of the community, aiming at advancing the institution's scientific production. For such, events, courses, research activities, publications, and others are carried out.
The Continuing Education Program offers short-term courses (up to 360 hours) on current and innovative themes for professional people who want to update their knowledge and skills and to exchange experiences.
The extension events add dynamism to the relationship between the institution and the general society. They include seminars, conferences, debates, journeys, exhibitions, among others.
The partnership and exchange programs with national and international institutions aim at networking and establishing cooperation in shared know-how transfer projects.
